Orcas Island Family Vacation

I’ve been to Orcas Island once before with my parents, but this year, we decided to rent an AirBnB property near the water and invite extended family up for the week. During this visit we hiked, ate, walked, paddled, boated, and drove our way around the island, exploring as many little nooks and crannies as we could. We saw Orcas, Mink, Sea Otters, Seals, fish, and other aquatic life during our time on shore and in the water. Due to the low levels of light pollution in the San Juan islands we were also able to see the milky way overhead at night.
